Word export for mixed tree structure

Overview

Due to the flexibility of moving the tree items (folders/issues) around the Tree view, word export template could only support certain order of how a tree structure is exported (e.g. https://easesolutions.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/REQ4J/pages/64920222).

Since Folder Issue Type Configuration affects all Project Requirements, we strongly recommend to only apply the changes when there are no other users doing Folder operations.

Our team is working on a long term solution for this. Please wait for further updates.

Workaround

  1. As a Jira Cloud Administrator, replace the Folder Issue Type from R4J section Manage apps > Configuration.

  2. Use the Sample+Mixed+Tree+Structure.docx template.

  3. Revert the Folder Issue Type to its previous selected issue type.
