CLOUD SECURITY STATEMENT

OVERVIEW

Ease Solutions cloud services (hereafter referred to as “Ease Solutions Cloud”) are hosted and delivered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) (hereafter referred to as “Cloud Provider”). While the Cloud Provider is responsible for the security of their actual data centers, Ease Solutions is responsible for monitoring, managing, and securing the Ease Solutions Cloud.

FACILITIES

The Cloud Provider is responsible for the data centers that host the Ease Solutions Cloud. For more information about security at those data centers, please go to the appropriate links below:

Ease Solutions Cloud is hosted in the EU (productive system).

CERTIFICATION

The Cloud Provider is responsible for managing the security of the cloud. They have been certified by third-party organizations and are compliant with the applicable laws and regulations.

Ease Solutions is a Cloud Security-Compliant vendor of the following vendor:

Atlassian – https://developer.atlassian.com/market/programs-and-features/cloud-security-program
These tests automatically executed by Atlassian on our product daily.

DATA STORAGE

In the Ease Solutions Cloud, the data at rest are encrypted using industry-standard encryption. Additionally, all communications with the Ease Solutions Cloud are encrypted (TLS >= 1.2). Ease Solutions doesn’t store personally identifiable information (PII) in its Ease Solutions Cloud and fully relies on the Atlassian infrastructure for authentication and authorization of users.

PEOPLE AND ACCESS

Within Ease Solutions, only a few members of the Ease Solutions Team have access to the production environment for the purposes of maintaining our cloud services and assisting our customers.
Additionally, we monitor all accesses to Ease Solutions Cloud.

Customers are responsible for the security of their own login information.

BACKUPS

Customer data is backed up once per day and is encrypted.
