Connection test shows Plugin not installed or disabled (Excel Add-In)

Problem

When Rate limiting is enabled in Jira, the connection test from Excel add-in shows message: Connection succeeded R4J: Plugin not installed, T4J: Plugin not installed and O4J: Plugin not installed.

 

Solution

Disable Rate limiting or modify configuration to prevent users from being Rate limited.
