Managing Quick Filters
Overview
Quick filters allow great flexibility in narrowing down data to whatever is relevant to your current risk analysis. When configured, quick filters can be applied to the following views:
Risk Register
Risk Matrix
Risk Matrix Comparison
Top Risks
Data Center only To manage quick filters for Risks Schemes:
Go to Jira navigation > Risks > Risk Schemes.
Select Edit for the desired scheme.
Select Quick Filters tab.
To manage quick filters for Risk Boards:
Go to
Data CenterJira navigation > Risks.
CLOUDJira navigation > Apps > easeRisk for Jira.
Select any board to load.
Select Configure > Quick Filters tab.
Options
Option | Explanation |

Name | The name of a quick filter. |
JQL | The JQL query for filtering the board’s risk register and reports. |
Description | The description of the quick filter. |

CLOUD The quick filters listed above are provided by default to a newly created Board and may be modified or removed as desired.
Data Center only The quick filters listed above are provided by default to a newly created Risk Scheme and may be modified or removed as desired.
The “Quick Filters” tab of a newly created board will contain the quick filters from all the risk schemes associated to projects included in the board.
