Page navigation improved
Say goodbye to the old page navigation. Introducing the new navigation bar! Now, page navigation has been made easier for you.
Easily navigate to different pages within easeRequirements with just a few clicks.
We've combined Coverage & Traceability, and Baseline & All Baselines pages into a dropdown selection. Simply select the page option you wish to navigate to.
General and Administration page options are also accessible from the navigation bar. Simply click the
hamburger
menu and select the page option you wish to navigate to.

Context menu improved

We've moved the Issue tooltip in tree option as Item Details (Icon) tree display fields. Issue tooltip will display when the "" icon is hovered.
Parent-child Linking in easeRequirements Tree
An easy option to create a parent-child link when an issue is added to the Tree
We've added a new option in the Create Linked Issue dialog to create and link issue with parent-child linking as child, as sibling, or not to the tree
as child - It will create, link, and add issue as a child requirement in tree
as sibling - It will create, link, and add issue as same level of the selected tree item
not to the tree - It will create and link issue but it will not be added to the tree
We've added a Create link option in the Add Existing Issues dialog to add an existing issue with parent-child linking
Issue Detail View with Unified link table
We've combined the Issue Links, Child Requirements, Sub-Tasks and Issues in Epic sections into one section named 1Linked Issues
The Linked Issues table contains the the following columns.
Link type - displays the link type name between the source and target issues. Otherwise, display as empty if there is no issue link.
Direction - displays the link type direction as arrow symbols. Otherwise, display as empty if there is no issue link.
→ - a symbol for outward link with "Outward" tooltip when hovered.
← - a symbol for inward link with "Inward" tooltip when hovered.
↔ - a symbol for bidirectional link with "Bidirectional" tooltip when hovered.
Type - displays the issue type icon
Key - displays the issue key as hyperlink to the issue in tree
Summary - displays the issue summary
Priority - displays the issue priority icon
Status - displays the issue status icon
Origin - displays the origin type to classify the link
LINK - origin type for other issues in Jira or remote link issues (e.g. confluence page or web links) linked to the issue
TREE - origin type for child requirements in the easeRequirements Tree
SUB-TASK - origin type for Sub-task issues
EPIC - origin type for issues with Epic link
IN EPIC - origin type for Issues in Epic
Action - displays a dropdown menu for the operations
2Link operation options (Display as graph, Add link, Create linked issue, Add child issue, and Create child issue) are now combined into a dropdown selection

We've added a 5Show more functionality when the list of linked issues is greater than 5. Clicking this will load all the data

Coverage UI changes
The overall coverage UI page has undergone significant changes.
The coverage sidebar is now a tree structure, with each item context-clickable to show applicable actions. Views can be repositioned anywhere within the tree.
We've added a "New View" button in the sidebar in which you can clear and create coverage view easily.
The table header now features an inline editable name and other table-related operations.

The Create linked issue, Link existing issue, and Remove issue link options in coverage table cell are now merged into a dropdown selection
Create linked issue is now a dialog with new fields to create linked issue from other project and issue type.
Performance improvements have been made to the coverage table by loading only the visible data.
Baseline UI changes
New UI Baseline Detail - List View
Baseline actions have been repositioned to accommodate the new navigation bar.
The 'Expand All' and 'Collapse All' actions have been repositioned and merged into a single button.
Other baseline-related actions have been repositioned under the new navigation bar.
The collapsed table will now display the Summary field regardless of the display field configuration.
New UI Baseline Detail - Tree View
We've added a 1Display Fields selector in baseline detail tree view. Now, you can configure the display fields in the detail view.

We've repositioned the Visual view toggle in the compare table headers

We've repositioned the toast messages of easeRequirements on the lower right.
Plugin information UI updates
We've updated the look and feel of the plugin information.
To view it, click the
hamburger
menu then select "About easeRequirements".It contains the plugin name and version, "Suggest a new feature" link, & "Read our documentation" link.
