Audit Logs
Overview
easeRequirements Audit logs are records that provide a detailed account of events and actions taken within a system or application. They are essential for tracking operations made by user, system changes, and help with regulatory compliance. Audit logs help organizations maintain security, accountability, and transparency.
To view the audit logs:
As an app administrator click the hamburger menu > Audit Logs.
Currently, only successful operations are stored in the Audit logs.
Components of Audit Logs
Audit logs typically contain the following components:
Timestamp: The date and time when the event occurred.
User: The identifier of the user who performed the action.
Action: A description of the action taken (e.g., Add Item, Move Item).
Component: easeRequirements component where the action was done.
Project: The project affected by the action.
