Jira Issue Detail View

NEW Integrated the following custom R4J features:

1. Perform custom word export from the Jira issue view. See “…” actions menu.

2. Added “Requirements” tab in the Activity section. The tab will display the R4J paths if the issue is added to an R4J Tree.
