Clean-up Job Configuration

  1. Login as JIRA Administrator

  2. Choose

    > Add-ons

  3. Select Absence for JIRA > Clean-up Job Configuration from the sidebar
     Keyboard shortcut 'g' + 'g' + start typing 'Clean-up Job Configuration'

  4. You are presented with a form where you can configure two options:

    1. Enable Job: When you enable this option the job will run every day at midnight

    2. Time period: A number of years, months and days that have to past before an absence will be removed during the job's run. If you for example select 3 month(s) all absences will be removed, whose end date are 3 months in the past

  5. To save, click the "Save" button



On the bottom of the page you are presented with a list of past runs of the job and information about their outcome. You can also execute a manual run by clicking the "Execute manual run" button.
