Checking information on the absence of a user

  1. Choose

    > User Management
     Keyboard shortcut 'g' + 'g' + start typing 'Users'

  2. Select any user from the list

  3. On the right side click on 'View Public Profile'

  4. Under the user details you will find a section 'Absence for Jira' that will show you whether the user is available or absent
    If the user is absent it will display information about the time frame he is absent and his substitution
