Exporting Absences to XML

  1. Navigate to any of the main A4J - Absence for Jira views (see Explore the User Interface)

  2. On the list of absences select one or more absences by checking the checkboxes in the table

  3. Click the "Export" button on the right

  4. Download and save the XML file
