Details

Displays the basic information about the selected work item or folder.

Relations

Displays the work items related to the work item and the relationship.

Attachments

Displays the attachments associated with the work item.

Revisions

Displays the revisions of the work item.

Statistics

Displays the statistics for the selected folder. This section is only available when a folder is selected.

Edit item

• Select Edit in the upper right.

• Modify information as desired.

• Select Save & Close.

Open linked item

• Select the related item.

Add link to new item

• Select the + icon in the section header.

• Complete the Add relation to new item dialog.

• Select Add.

• Complete the Create Work Item dialog.

Add link to existing item

• Select the + link icon in the section header.

• Complete the Add Link dialog.

• Select Add.

Delete link

• Select the trash can icon to open the Unlink dialog.

• Select Unlink.

Download attachment

• Select the down arrow.

Open Revision Comparison Tool

• Select two revisions using the checkboxes in the Compare Column.

See section Revision Comparison Tool.

Change revisions

• Select two revisions using the Revision dropdowns.

The tool opens with the two preselected revisions, but the revisions can be changed without re-opening the tool.

View only changes

• Select Show changes only.

The entire information about an item is shown by default, but using this option the information can be limited to fields that have different values in the selected revisions.

Show total by work item type

• Select … in the top right of the section.

• Select By Work Item Type.

Show total by status

• Select … in the top right of the section.

• Select By Status.
