Please note in order to modify any of the R4J – Requirements Management for Jira configuration items, you must be a Jira Administrator.
Projects can be configured to use features by activating the project for R4J. Project and global permissions also exist for R4J functions to restrict access based on user groups.
The following operations can be performed by a Jira Administrator:
