Add a new Risk Scheme

To add a new Risk Scheme:

  • Go to Jira Administration > Manage Apps > easeRisk for Jira > Risk Schemes

  • Select Add Scheme

  • Enter a name that defines this scheme

  • Select one or more Risk Formula to be calculated automatically

  • Select which Jira issue types are considered risks.

  • Select the default columns you want to display in the Risk Register for risks

  • Select which Jira issue types are considered measures (aka countermeasures) for risks.

  • Select the default columns to display in the Risk Register for measures

  • Select which Jira link types define the relationship between risks and measures.

  • Click Add

Associate a Risk Scheme to a Project

Once you create a new Risk Scheme, you must associate it with one or more projects for it to take effect.

Associating or disassociating projects with Risk Schemes from the Jira Administration

  • Go to Jira Administration > Manage Apps > easeRisk for Jira > Risk Schemes

  • In the desired Risk Scheme click on Associate. Please note that if the option Activate Risk Management for All Projects is active, the Default Risk Scheme is automatically associated with all projects and doesn’t need to be manually associated with projects.

  • Select the projects you want to add or remove

  • Press Associate

Associating or disassociating projects with Risk Schemes from the Project Settings

To perform this operation you must have the Project Administrator role of the desired project.

  • Go to the project you want to associate or disassociate with a Risk Scheme

  • Select Project Settings > Risk Scheme Configuration

  • Select the desired Risk Scheme

  • Press Save

Editing a Risk Scheme

To edit an existing Risk Scheme:

  • Go to Jira Administration > Manage Apps > easeRisk for Jira > Risk Schemes

  • In the desired Risk Scheme click on Edit.

  • Make the desired changes

  • Click Update

Deleting a Risk Scheme

You can only delete a Risk Scheme if it is not associated with any project. To delete an existing Risk Scheme:

  • Go to Jira Administration > Manage Apps > easeRisk for Jira > Risk Schemes

  • In the desired Risk Scheme click on Delete.

  • Confirm the deletion by pressing the button Delete
