Test plans always belong to a specific test project.
They are identified by their name and can have an optional description and a configuration.

The tests of a test plan can be further organized in a directory structure.

Test plans can contain tests from any test project if necessary.
Although the standard workflow provides that tests needed for a specific test plan should be present in the definition tree of the same project.

The Plan View provides the necessary interfaces to create and edit test plans.
The tree structure of a specific test plan can be edited via the plan tree view for the test plan.
