Make sure to configure a Jira issue type to enable folder features in your R4J trees. We recommend creating a new issue type “Folder“ along with other requirements issue types.
Use a Company-managed project which has complete control of all global Issue Types. See Team-managed and Company-managed projects.
Add your configured Folder Issue Type to the R4J project’s Issue Type Scheme. See Configure issue types.
