Overview

The Assessment criteria help users to better understand the field values in the different views of easeRisk can help users to understand the provided risk matrix fields and values better by assessment criteria notesfor Jira, such as the Risk Matrix and Risk Register. This help is displayed at the risk value fields as available via small info icons (info) . In the administration each field can be configured with a next to the risk field column headers.

Each Assessment criteria is associated with a field and contains a free text description and an optional link to an external reference for more details.

To add a assessment criteriamanage Assessment Criteria:

  • Go to Jira Administration> Manage Under Administration, go to:

    • Status
      colourGreen
      titleData Center
      Jira navigation > Risks > Risk Schemes.

    • Status
      colourBlue
      titleCLOUD
      Jira navigation > Apps > easeRisk for Jira > Risk Schemes.

  • Select Edit at a configured for the desired scheme.

  • Navigate to Select the Assessment Criteria tab.Add Assessment Criteria or Edit an existing one.

Create Assessment Criteria

  • Select Add Assessment Criteria.

  • Select the associated field.

  • Provide a description and optionally a URL.

  • Select Save.

Edit Assessment Criteria

  • Select Edit for the desired criteria.

  • Modify the desired options.

  • Select Save.

Delete Assessment Criteria

  • Select Delete for the desired criteria.

  • Confirm deletion.
