T4J test steps upload

Fixed the problem with “Test Description” field in conjunction with the “Test steps” field. All the changes made in Excel get properly uploaded to Jira.

Issue inside the R4J tree (root folder only) was not added if the project name in Jira has space at the end. Fix for the project name now applied.

Adding issues as chain children (add to parent issue) in Excel is not generating an error messages in the summary window anymore when the issues are added to the tree.

Requirement path with issue key
