Overview
The Assessment criteria help users to better understand the field values in the different views of easeRisk can help users to understand the provided risk matrix fields and values better by assessment criteria notes, like the Risk Matrix and Risk Register. This help is displayed at next to the risk value fields as small info icons 
.
In the Assessment criteria administration, you can associate each field can be configured with a free text description and an a link to an external reference for more details.
To add a assessment criteriaan Assessment Criteria:
Go to Jira Administration> Manage Apps > easeRisk for Jira > Risk Schemes.
Select Edit at a configured scheme.
Navigate to the Assessment Criteria tab.
Add Assessment Criteria or Edit an existing one.
Field | The Jira field which is associated with the assessment criteria. |

Description | A free text field of multi lines Allows you to provide useful help information about the field to the user. Up Multiline and up to 450 characters possibleallowed. |
Documentation Link | An URL to an external information source (e.g.: link top a Confluence page). This link can be followed by the user to get more details about the field values explained. Maximum length of the URL is 450 characters. |
