Abesence Management Views

The A4J - Absence for Jira user interface consists of three views in which you can flag a user as Absence.

All views mostly share the same functionality, but have differences in the UI due to permission differences.

User Profile View

This view can be found in each Jira user profile page.

Here a user is able to manage only his own absences. Every user is able to do so.

Project Settings View

This view can be found on the project settings page of any project.

Here the project admin and users with one the configured project roles are able to manage the absences of all users that have access to the specific project.

Admin View

This view can be found in the Jira administation - Manage Apps page.

Here an admin is able to manage the absences of for all users in the system.
