Project activation fails due to duplicate custom field names

Problem

When you try to activate a project for use within R4J you get a "request failed" message.

Solution

Check the log file for hints on duplicate custom fields.

1. Rename one of the two custom fields to a different name

2. Retry to activate the project for use within R4J.
