Project tree structure is missing

Problem

When there’s an active Jira announcement banner, the following sections show as blank:

• Tree view

• Detail view

• Reading view

• Tabular view

Cause

When adding HTML code with any syntax issue to an announcement banner, the R4J views' UI will be impacted.

Solution

Fix the syntax issue (e.g. missing closing tag) from the HTML code added to the announcement banner.
