If you're using Jira 9 and want to upgrade to Jira 10, a manual installation is required for the first time.
Download the Jira 10 compatible app version from the Marketplace.

This version fixes compatibility issues in the plugin when upgrading to Jira version 10.5 or higher Jira 10 versions. Upgrade to this version (or higher) if you’re affected by the following issue.
