NEW Link issues by dragging an issue key from the detail, reading, or tabular view to any issue in the requirement tree and vice versa.

A link icon appears on hover next to any issue key displayed by easeRequirements. Users can drag this icon onto any other visible issue key across Tree / Detail / Reading / Tabular views. Upon drop a dialog guided by the Data Model rules is shown pre-selecting the last used link relation. The dialog informs the user if linking is not allowed. This replaces the error-prone manual linking wizard.

FIX Fixed following issues:

1. When rejecting an issue in the Review Cockpit with a lengthy description (10-20+ lines) clicking the Reject button did not scroll down to the required comment section. The page now automatically scrolls to the comment section when the Reject button is clicked.

2. Fixed issue where review subtask was not created when easeRequirements Standard and Ultimate are installed in different regions. The reviewer subtask is now correctly created when the reviewer field is edited inline.
