Managing an absence for a user in your project

You are logged in as a user who has the 'Administer Project' permission for the project

Adding an absence for a another user in a project

  1. On the main navigation bar click on 'Projects' and select a project from your recents projects or click on 'View all Projects' and select a project from there

  2. On the left navigation und the bottom click on 'Project Settings'

  3. On the left hand side under the project options click on 'Absence for Jira'

  4. On the main frame click on the button 'Add Absences' on the right hand side over the table

  5. A dialog will open and you can enter the details of your absence

  6. Click the 'Save' button to save your absence
     Should you have made any mistakes an error message will appear above the form to inform you on what to change. Correct the entered information and save again

  7. The dialog will close and the table will now show your added absence
