  • We've rebranded R4J into easeRequirements for Jira.

  • We've updated our logo.

🚀 Page navigation improved

  • Say goodbye to the old sidebar page navigation. Introducing the new navigation bar! Now, page navigation has been made easier for you.

  • Easily navigate to different pages within easeRequirements with just a few clicks.

  • We've combined Coverage & Traceability, and Baseline & All Baselines pages into a dropdown selection. Simply select the page option you wish to navigate to.

We've moved the location of the Mode switches for Tree & Baseline

  • Easily switch the different tree modes (detail view, reading view, & tabular view) and baseline modes (detail view & tree view) with just a click from the navigation bar. Applicable in Tree page, Baseline Detail & Baseline Comparison views.

We've moved the location of the Display Fields selector for Tree, Baseline, Coverage, and Traceability pages

  • Easily access the Display Fields selector from the navigation bar.

🚀 Introducing the new All Baselines page

  • Now you can view all baselines from different projects where you are also part of.

  • Easily view their details and compare them with other baselines the same way as the Baseline page.

🚀 Issue Detail View table sections are easier to navigate

  • We've updated the look and feel for each section in the detail view.

  • We've replaced the pagination for the tables in 1easeRequirements Child Issues, 2Jira Child Issues, & 3Linked Issues with new `Show more` button to load all the data of the section.

🚀 Reading View mode UI with more contrast applied

  • We've updated the look for each issue item in reading view for a cleaner look to easily identify each issue in the tree.

🚀 Tabular View now supports all features from the tree

  • We've added the context menu functionality in Tabular view. Now, you can manage the issues in tabular view just like the tree

🚀 We've created a quick option to create new Coverage & Traceability Views

  • We've replaced the `Clear` button by the "New View" button in the Sidebar.

  • Now, you can clear & create data from these pages easily with one button.

🚀 Baseline UI received a consolidated view

New UI Baseline List View 

  • We've updated the table with more features: now you can 1sort, 2filter, & 3search easily.

  • We've also added the 4Show more functionality when the list of baselines is greater than 10. Clicking this will load all baseline list data.

  • To be prepared for more baseline functions, we had to depreciate the automatic compare functionality. Now, simply select two baselines and click the new 5Compare button.

New UI for Baseline Detail View

  • New functionalities introduced in the baseline detail view with these buttons:

    • 1Expand/Collapse - This will allow you to expand or collapse all issues (and its fields) in the baseline.

    • 2Export - Now you can export the baseline details into an excel spreadsheet by this function.

    • 3Compare to Current - This will compare the selected baseline with data from the current tree state.

  • We've converted the Baseline name into a new 4Baseline Picker. Now, changing into another baseline detail has been made easier. Simply click the picker and select another baseline.

New UI for Baseline Comparison View

  • With the new quick filters 1Only Changes, 2Only on Left, and 3Only on Right to can narrow down your results:

    • Only Changes - This filters the display to only issues that has changes

    • Only on Left - This filters the display to issues that exists only in left baseline (removed later on).

    • Only on Right - This filters the display to issues that exists on in right baseline (added later on).

  • We've also added the 4Export function in the comparison view. Now, you can export the comparison details into an excel spreadsheet.

🚀 Lastly, we guide you by the Tour functionality

  • When visiting the new easeRequirements for the first time, you will be guided through the important changes by a tour automatically.

  • To restart it, click the hamburger menu then Start tour.
