You need to be a Jira Administrator in order to manage plugins. Contact your Jira Administrator to install R4J or set up a personal Jira Cloud instance for trial purposes.

Step 1: Set up prerequisites for the instance to work efficiently with R4J Cloud

Step 2: Install R4J in your Cloud instance

  • Install R4J from the Atlassian Marketplace by going to your site settings > Apps > Find new apps.

  • Input “R4J“ in the search box.

  • Select R4J from the results.

  • Click the Try it free button on the top right of the application page to try the application for free for 30 days.

Step 3: Configure a Jira issue type to support folder structures with folder features

Step 4: Activate the projects you want to use within R4J

Step 5: Subscribe to our status page to get updated with R4J Cloud incidents
