Name | A unique name to identify the formula. |

Target Field | The field in which the calculated value is saved. To prevent users from inadvertently modifying this field manually, it should be removed from any edit screens in projects using the formula. |
Issue Types | The issue types for which the formula is calculated. |
Formula | An expression that includes mathematical expressions and Jira fields. The fields in the formula are entered between square brackets - for example: Typing a left bracket "[" returns the Jira fields that match the characters that follow. Associate a formula with a Risk Scheme |
| After a formula is associated with a Risk Scheme, the target field of any existing issues is not automatically recalculated. To do so, you must select Re-calculate. |
Edit a formula |
| After a formula is updated, the target field of any existing issues is not automatically recalculated.. To do so, you must select Re-calculate. |
Delete a formula |
| Only Formulasthat are not associated with a Risk Scheme can be deleted. |
Re-calculate the target field of existing issues |
| Only Formulas associated with a Risk Scheme can be recalculated. The recalculation can take several minutes, depending on the number of issues. At the end of the process you have the opportunity to download an error log. |
