Overview

Existing project tree structures can be migrated from a easeRequirements Server/Data Center instance to a Jira Cloud instance using the ReqIF Standard.

To access this feature, go to the easeRequirements manage apps section at Apps > Manage your apps > ReqIF Import.

Upload ReqIF

Upload one or more files.

Info

XML file must be compliant to the ReqIF standard.

Validate ReqIF File

Click on the Validate button. After validation, a status table will be displayed on how many issue will be created, moved and/or any errors that are encountered during the operation. Validation will help identify possible issues and let the administrators resolve them before the actual import of data.

The validation will run in the background, refreshing the page will still show the status of the operation.

Import ReqIF

Click on the Start new import button.
