Open Excel and create a new empty file.
Click "File" and "Account".
Click "Info on Excel" and check the first line.
If it reads something like "Microsoft Excel 2016.... 32 Bit" you are running a 32bit Office.
If it reads something like "Microsoft Excel 2016.... 64 Bit" you are running a 64bit Office.
Close Excel and uninstall the Requirements Management for JIRA addin-in For Microsoft Excel.Follow this link to our Excel to Jira Integration Add-In.
Download the correct (latest) version of Excel to Jira Integration Add-In and download and install the correct installerit.
