Here the basic navigation to the JIRA page for plug-in configuration is described.
Go As a Jira Administrator, go to Administration | Add-onsManage apps | Scheduler for JIRA S4J - Scheduler for Jira (left navigation barsidebar)

Permissions
After you click "Permissions" the Scheduler for Plugin configuration page opens like shown below.
Scheduling History
After you click "Scheduling History" the job history page opens like shown below.
