Scheduling History

JIRA Jira Administrators can view all outcomes of all created issues by the issue scheduling jobs.If

the job was succesful, the created issue keys are shown. If there were errors, those are displayed as wellThe outcome of a job, whether it's successful or encounters an error, will be reflect in the scheduling history.

How to view the Scheduling History

  1. Login as JIRA Administrator
  2. Choose Image Removed> Add-onsAs a Jira Administrator, go to Add-on Administration.
  3. Select Scheduler for Jira > Scheduling History from the sidebar
    (info) Keyboard shortcut 'g' + 'g' + start typing 'Scheduling History'
  4. View all outcomes in the table

Export

The complete scheduling history can be exported as a CSV file. To export,

  1. As a Jira Administrator, go to Add-on Administration.
  2. Select Scheduler for Jira > Scheduling History from the sidebar
    (info) Keyboard shortcut 'g' + 'g' + start typing 'Scheduling History'
  3. At the top right of the screen, click on the Export button and choose CSV from the options.

The file will be generated and downloaded from your browser.
