1. The plugin will try to reassign the user a different user than the absentee. It will try following user's in order

   1. The Substituion: If the user has specified a substitution and it is an assignable user for this issue
   2. Unassign the issue: If the Jira system allows unassigned issues
   3. The Report: If the reporter is an assignable user
   4. The absent User: If anything fails it will be assigned to the absent user

   An This is configured by your administrator. Have a look at (ADMIN LINK)

2. If configured by your administrator an e-mail will be sent to all user's in the Assign Issue event in the projects notification scheme to inform that an absent user was assigned.

3. An If configured by your administrator a comment will be added to the issue to inform that an absent user was assigned.
