Configure View
Through this This option , allows you can to configure the matrix by selecting defing the scope of the work items you want to display have displayed in the columns and rows. You can also choose the type types of link the links you want to display have displayed between the work items. The scope is determined based either on the types of the items or a query.
Work items types: Select which types of work items should be included in the given axis.
Queries: Select a Query as the source for the selected axis.Work items type: Select which work item types you would like to see in the of the work items for the given axis.
Link types: Define the types of links to be displayed in the matrix.
By pressing selecting Show, a matrix is generated showing including the selected scope items in the columns and rowsdefined scope. The links of betwen the selected types items are also shown inside in the matrix, indicating a link relationship between the work itemsthem.
Adding
and deletinglinks
From the matrix, new New links can also be added between the any two displayed work items . To do so, click on directly in the matrix by selecting the cell intersecting the two work items that you want to add the link to. Please note that you can only link types selected in the configure view.
Deleting links
To delete an existing link, just click on select the desired link in the matrix. A confirmation popup allows you to confirm the deletion. If there is more than one link type between the work items, you can unselect the links you don't do not want to delete.
